Our reservations are non-refundable. If you are unable to join us, you may transfer your reservation to someone else. You are welcome to email us if you have any questions.
We request that you inform us of any delays. At Ichika, we strive for a shared dining experience, therefore each course is carefully coordinated. Your table may not be guaranteed if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice.
We can accommodate dietary restrictions with at least a 24-hour notice. We currently do not have the resources to accommodate any dietary restrictions that require a reinvention of our prix fixe menu, such as vegan, vegetarian or non-raw diets. Dietary restrictions with a same-day notice may not be accommodated as our chefs require time to plan and prepare your meal. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions.
At Ichika, the dinner experience takes 2 hours. We strive to combine both culinary art and hospitality for an experience we aim to stand out. Please help us do the same for our guests of the next seating by concluding your dinner within the 2-hour time limit.
Our dress code is casual elegant, simply put on what you would wear to a date night.
We respectfully request no children unless they are old enough to order an entire set for themselves. Although we adore your little ones, we are trying to keep our venue adults-only. Thank you for your understanding.
We charge $30/bottle for corkage fee. We respectfully request not to bring any beverages that are currently on our menu.
Our venue is perfect for an intimate private event. If you’d like to host an event at our venue, please reach out to ichikamilpitas@gmail.com at least 35 days prior to the event.
